Q: Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
A: No, Hazelclean will arrive at your doorstep equipped with all necessary products and equipment. You can always provide certain products or equipment if you wish.
Q: How frequently can you clean my home?
A: A regular clean is weekly or fortnightly. Anything outside of this is classed as a once off clean. Our aim is to provide a service that best suits your schedule.
Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: We provide two services within our regular cleaning:
Flat Rate: priced on number of rooms and bathrooms
Housekeeper: priced per hour (a minimum of 2 hours can be booked)
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, we are fully insured with Public Liability insurance and Workers Compensation insurance.
Q: What are your working hours?
A: Residential is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Commercial is outside of your trading hours.
Q: Does Hazelclean charge extra for once off cleans?
A: Yes, with a once off clean there is double the amount of work and time involved. A once off clean is priced per hour (a minimum of 3 hours can be booked).
Q: What suburbs do you service?
A: Hobart (West, North and South), Eastern Shore, Northern and some Southern suburbs. Please always enquire.
Q: How do I pay for cleaning?
A: Regular cleans are set up on an automatic payment system facilitated by Pinch Payments.
Q: Are your cleaner’s police checked?
A: Yes, all cleaners are police checked when coming on board with Hazelclean.
Q: Does Hazelclean offer commercial cleaning services?
A: Please enquire, we service small businesses outside of your trading hours. Restaurants, salons, offices and more.
Q: What kinds of cleaning products does Hazelclean use?
A: Hazelclean is focused on using products that do not harm your homes, the people within, and the cleaners. We primarily use Citrus Resources.
Q: Do you provide quotes without seeing the home?
A: A quote is provided in person or via video call.
Q: Do you provide services to NDIS, DVA and other scheme participants?
A: Yes we do, following the pricing agreements stipulated by the scheme.
